How do I return an item?

Return Policy

Our return policy is for STORE CREDIT ONLY NO REFUNDS!

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days. Due to the extremely fast moving pace of our inventory we have a very strict return policy in place. Please understand that we are unable to bend the rules for anyone, as that would be unfair to other Moonstruck shoppers.

All discounted and/or sale items, jewelry, hats, scarves, gloves, belts, custom items, or gift certificates are all sales final and can not be returned. All merchandise must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, make-up free, pet hair-free condition with original tags attached. If returned items have been tried on and they have make-up and/or deodorant on them, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you.

Original and return shipping fees are non refundable and the responsibility of the customer. You may send your package back by any shipping method you prefer. However we highly recommend a trackable shipping method. Moonstruck Couture Boutique is NOT responsible for returns lost in the mail.

Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive your store credit code either via email or a credit on your Moonstruck Account when your return is processed. Please note that if you received our FREE STANDARD SHIPPING option for your order, any "returned orders" will have a $5.95 Shipping Fee deducted from your store credit.

If any items are past the 7 day limit or do not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back with a future order. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.

If you feel you have received defective merchandise or you were shipped incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.(You must contact Customer Support within 2 days from the date of delivery.) NO EXCEPTIONS! Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or refund.
***Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.***
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items, not damaged or after the 7 day return time period. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days (2 day for damaged items) if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs, if you plan on exchanging your item for a different size you must call us first to confirm the size is in-stock and to pay for shipping.


Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. We recommend purchasing the item, and then shipping back the returned product.
